Shannon

Born and raised in Colorado, her journey as a singer began at the age of eight.

Growing up, she was deeply involved in theater and dance...performing wherever she could land an opportunity. Passionate about singing from the start, she never considered that it would be possible to have music be such a great part in her life, once again.

Joining "The Woodies" in 2002, every member of the band has exposed her in Blues, ehanced her singing, taught her percussion, helped harvest stage presence. Her musical influences have been, Freddie King, Bonnie Raitt, Luanne Barton, as well as music that ranges from country, rock, to reggae.
